How can I change my email address and password?

Changing your email address

If you want to change the email address linked to your account, contact our Customer Care team with the new email address you want to use. Your account manager will then update your profile and send you an email confirmation.

Changing your password

On our apps and the mobile version of the website you can easily change your password by going to the “Settings” tab on the “Me” page.

On a computer, you must reset your password in order to change it. To do this, log out then on the website homepage click on the “Already a member?” link and “Forgotten your password?”

For security, make sure you choose a complicated password.
