How do I configure my Contact Filter?

There is a specific area for managing your Contact Filter.

First, click on your messages. On the left-hand side of the page beside 'Conversations' you will see a filter icon. Click on this and you will be able to make the updates to your filter.

To activate, edit and deactivate your Contact Filter at any time, switch any of the four buttons on or off, and hit “Confirm my criteria” when you’re done. The button will turn dark blue which means the option is “On”, while the colour grey represents “Off”.
