I've just created my account. Why can't I access my profile?

During the registration process, you received a confirmation email asking you to activate your email address. Firstly, check that you have received this email.

If you didn't, either the registration process was not completed or the wrong email address was entered. If so, you will need to start again.

If you did receive this email, check that there are no spelling mistakes in your login information, and that you have used the correct letter cases (lower/upper), punctuation and numbers. To do this, we recommend that you recover your login information using the link on the home page.
