How can I swap from searching for women to searching for men (or vice versa)?
Maybe you clicked the wrong button when signing up, or maybe you’ve decided to try something new. Whatever the reason you want to change the gender you’re looking for, we’re happy to help! ⚥
At the moment, you can’t change the gender you’re looking for directly in your profile settings. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your profile on a computer.
Go to Settings / Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account, – Your profile will be removed within 24 hours.
2. After that, you can create a new profile using your usual email address.
If you already have a subscription linked to your old profile, we’ll gladly transfer your remaining balance to your new one.Once you’ve created your new profile, please contact our Customer Service team 💌 and provide the following details:
The email address linked to your old profile, and the email address you’re using for your new profile (if they’re different)
Once your new profile is set up, you’ll be one step closer to finding someone special! 💞

To delete your profile:Go to Profile ➔ ⚙️ (Settings) ➔ Delete My Profile, then confirm your choice.
To reactivate your profile:Log in again on a computer using your email address and password.
