From a computer:
- Log in to your account from a computer
- Go to My account settings > My subscription ➔ Complete the renewal cancellation.

- Log in to your account from your mobile.
- Go to Me > Settings ⚙️ > My subscription > Manage your subscription ➔ Complete the renewal cancellation.

From an App:
- To cancel a subscription bought directly from OurTime you need to access a computer.
Purchases made through our iPhone App:
- Open the Settings app > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions > Tap the subscription that you want to manage > Cancel Subscription
