I haven't received a confirmation email. Where can I find information about my Subscription?

If you have not received an email, here’s what to do:

First, check that the email has not landed in your spam folder.

Go on My to your account settings section (site or app) and check if your subscription is listed.If you don’t find your subscription, it means that your payment hasn’t gone through

When does my subscription expire?
You can find information about your subscription:

From a computer: In your account settings > Manage account.
From Mobile and App: Me/profile section > ⚙️ Here, you can also cancel your automatic renewal and view your purchase history.
