Why has my content been removed?

1. What should I do if specific content on my profile has been deleted?

If your profile has been moderated, you will receive a notification explaining the reason for our decision. We also recommend reviewing the platform's terms of service and community guidelines to understand the terms that govern your use of our services.

You have the possibility to file an appeal within 6 months from the notification of our moderation decision. After this time, you will not be able to appeal the moderation decision.

6. What information should I include in my appeal?

When filing an appeal, it's important to be clear and concise. Complete all required fields, provide information on the specific moderation action you are appealing, and provide a detailed explanation as to why you believe the decision was incorrect or unjust.

7.What if my appeal is successful?

If your appeal is successful, your moderated profile or content may be reinstated, and restrictions associated with the moderation may be lifted. You should also receive a notification confirming the resolution. It might be possible that we will not reinstate the content (for example if such content is no longer retained by us because of privacy retention periods) but that you will be allowed to reupload the content.

8.Do I have other (external) redress options?

If you are a user located in the European Union, and if you disagree with our decisions, you may refer your matter to an out-of-court settlement body. Under the Digital Services Act, EU Member States will certify the national out-of court settlement bodies that will handle eligible disputes. We will work with the out-of-court settlement body in accordance with the Digital Services Act. However, please note that we are not bound by any decisions made by such bodies. At this moment, no out-of-court settlement bodies have been certified, and the (national) processes for providing and handling cases has not been established.
