How can I delete my account?

Log in to your account from a computer:
To delete your account: Click on the arrow on the top right of the screen next to your profile photo > click Settings > Manage account > Delete account.
Follow the instructions and your profile will disappear within 24 hours.
! If you have opted to pay in instalments, please remember you may still have payments left to make.
Mobile and Android app:
Log into a computer and follow the instructions above.
iOS App:
Tap My Profile > ⚙️ > Tap Manage account >Tap Delete My Profile > Follow the instructions.
Your profile will be deleted within 24 hours.
When your account is closed, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
