What encouraged you to sign up to Ourtime?: After a very painful marriage breakdown, I was felt the time for feeling sad was over. The ad for Ourtime came up on Facebook a few times. I was worried to start dating and never wanted to join a dating app. But I had boundaries and expectations, I didn’t want to meet someone in a bar and wanted to meet a like minded male.
What were your first impressions of the site? Which aspects gave you the most confidence?: No rude unwanted pictures, paying a fee meant only serious individuals would be on here.
When did you meet?: We met on a date for coffee in Bath Wiltshire, walked along the river and had a physical and mental connection instantly… weird for both of us because we were both unsure.
What particularly attracted you to him/her?: He was very kind and a proper gentleman He was very keen to spend time showing me historical points of interest, he gave me time and respect.
What are some of the things you enjoy doing together?: We talk a lot, laugh all the time. We enjoy motorcycles and are planning a European holiday this year. We enjoy being just who we are, truthfully with no filters.
And what about your daily lives? Do you live together, or have any plans for the future?: We currently live apart, but depending on the outcome of two weeks touring together, will determine if we live together when we come back. I want to.
