What encouraged you to sign up to Ourtime?: Sadly my husband passed away a good few years before I joined. I just thought I’d give it a go. I’d never been on dating sites before.
What were your first impressions of the site? Which aspects gave you the most confidence?: Well, without blowing my own trumpet: I’d never had such attention but my gut feeling drew me towards Paul.
When did you meet?: We met in 2021 in May.
What particularly attracted you to him/her?: I liked his smile, he was very nice in the messages, nothing untowards.
What are some of the things you enjoy doing together?: Yes we both love music and dancing. Plus we love northern soul music, shopping, meals out, movies… We’ve got alot in common.
And what about your daily lives? Do you live together, or have any plans for the future?: No, we both have our own houses and live in a different county. I’m in Notts, he’s in Chesterfield, it’s only half an hour on the train. We commute to each other at the weekends or holidays.
