What encouraged you to sign up to Ourtime?: I wanted to move forward with my life and after talking to people about how lonely I felt after my husband passed away and taking some great advice from them i thought i’d give online dating a go. It turned out to be the best thing I could have done. I don’t deny I felt daunted and nervous but it didn’t take long before I met the most wonderful man. We’re both really happy and love each other madly, we’re looking forward to a great future together, just goes to show it’s not over ‘til the fat lady sings ?
What were your first impressions of the site? Which aspects gave you the most confidence?: It’s in your control whether you want to chat with someone or not.
When did you meet?: Just a few weeks of joining the site.
What particularly attracted you to him/her?: His charm and wit, not to mention the chemistry we shared; we had instant attraction.
What are some of the things you enjoy doing together?: Spending weekends away and just being together.
And what about your daily lives? Do you live together, or have any plans for the future?: We’re looking to sell our own homes and are presently spending our Saturdays trying to find one to buy together ?
